Whitecap Dakota Nation has one Chief and four Councillors, that are elected by WDN Membership every four years. The current term is from 2024-2028.

Whitecap Housing has 164 units in its inventory. 24 Apartment units and 10 single family houses make up the “market housing” inventory.
